Welcome to the 4P User Guide

4P is the Plant Phenotyping Processing Platform, part of the Phenome project. It allows INRAE scientists to store raw data from cutting-edge acquisition systems (Drone, Phenomobile, Literal, etc.) and sensors such as RGB and Multispectral cameras, as well as Lidars.

4P also hosts a collection of computation modules chained in autonomous workflows called macros able to process data into readable and analysable biophysical and biological data and variables (Dense Cloud, Green Fraction, GAI, ALA, fiPAR, etc.). This processed data may be eventually archived in the database of the PHIS information system.
